We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing for our mental health counselling sessions, whether you use in-network insurance or pay privately.
In-network insurance
Session rate
$180 per session
Billed directly through contracted in-network insurance plans. Depending on your specific benefits, your out-of-pocket copay or coinsurance may be lower.
Self-pay
Direct investment
Private pay sessions offering complete confidentiality without insurance diagnostics. Superbills can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Out-of-network
Reimbursement route
If we are not in network with your provider, you can pay directly and submit an itemised superbill to your insurer for potential reimbursement based on your plan.
